Body Temperature Biomarkers
Temperature biomarkers measure baseline core body temperature and overnight temperature deviations using clinical thermometers or wearable sensors. Tracking overnight temperature shifts helps detect early immune activation, sleep quality disturbances, and hormonal cycle changes. Members track temperature deviations to anticipate when their bodies need recovery rest rather than high-intensity training.
Tracked Biomarkers (3)
Basal temperature, nocturnal skin temperature, and circadian deviation markers.
